The team at the Cathedral are working with students from Norwich University of the Arts on improving our visitor experience at the Cathedral of St John the Baptist. The students are developing different strategies and techniques to gather information and support their work, whilst sharing insights with the Cathedral team.
Norwich University of the Arts students on BSc (Hons) User Experience Design have been asked to create an engaging, informative, and interactive user experience that aligns with the ethos and practices of the Roman Catholic faith, for the Cathedral of St John the Baptist in Norwich. The project will focus on outreach, education, and enhancing the Cathedral’s visibility to increase footfall and donations.
